The powder coatings production process:

Hsinda imitation chrome silver powder coating, the surface with high gloss, the gloss can reach more than 350%, it also known as the mirror effect powder coating. It replaces the traditional low-efficiency plating technology, shocking metal decorative effect,and making your product has excellent gloss and metallic texture.

1. The polymer granules are mixed with hardener, pigments and other powder ingredients in a mixer.
2. The mixture is heated in an extruder.
3. The extruded mixture is rolled flat, cooled and broken into small chips.
4. The chips are milled and sieved to make a fine powder.
