What is Powder Coating?

Powder coating is an innovative 100% solid powder coating that contains no solvents. This technology offers numerous advantages including no solvent emissions, no pollution, energy and resource conservation, recyclability, environmental protection, superior performance, reduced health risks for workforce, and economic benefits.

Most powder coating is applied using electrostatic spraying on metal surfaces, followed by curing in an oven to form a durable solid protective layer.
