Product Overview

Pure epoxy powder coating is a type of thermosetting polymer coating made exclusively from epoxy resins (without blending with other resins like polyester or polyurethane). It is applied as a dry powder and cured under heat to form a durable, protective finish.

Application Process
  • Electrostatic spraying charges the powder, which adheres to grounded metal surfaces
  • Heated to 160-200°C (320-392°F) to melt, flow, and chemically crosslink into a hard film
