Product Overview

Chrome mirror powder coating is a specialized type of powder coating designed to create a highly reflective, mirror-like chrome finish on metal surfaces. Unlike traditional chrome plating (which uses electroplating with chromium), this process applies a dry powder that, when cured, mimics the appearance of polished chrome. It combines aesthetics with the durability and environmental benefits of powder coating.

  • Composition: Base resins including polyester, epoxy, or hybrid resins with fine metallic particles and reflective pigments
  • Application Process: Electrostatic spraying followed by curing at 160-200°C (320-392°F) to form smooth, reflective film

Applications

Our powder finishes are available in a vast range of colors and finishes including metallic effect, chrome effect, wood grain, Candy Color Powder, MDF powder and other special effects. Ideal for indoor decoration of steel furniture, and outdoor metal products such as agricultural machinery, and auto parts including motorcycle wheels and frames.

Performance Features: Excellent storage stability, salt spray resistance, weatherability, exterior durability, corrosion resistance, chemicals resistance, highly weather- and UV-resistant, and good heat flow.
