Product Overview
Pure epoxy powder coating is a thermosetting polymer coating that consists entirely of epoxy resin as the primary binder, without hybrid or polyester modifiers. It is applied as a dry powder and cured under heat to form a hard, durable finish.

  • Chemical Resistance: Excellent resistance to solvents, acids, alkalis, and corrosive chemicals. Ideal for industrial and chemical environments.
  • Adhesion & Durability: Strong bonding to metal substrates (steel, aluminum) with tough, impact-resistant surface.
  • Electrical Insulation: Used in electrical components due to excellent insulating properties.
  • Temperature Resistance: Performs well at moderate temperatures but may degrade under prolonged UV exposure.
  • No UV Resistance (Chalking): Not UV-stable; can chalk or discolor outdoors. Best suited for indoor applications.
