The application process is identical to conventional powder coatings, requiring no special equipment.

1. Surface Preparation: Thoroughly clean and pre-treat substrate to remove oil, grease, dirt, rust, and scale through degreasing, rinsing, phosphating, and final rinse.
2. Application: Apply dry powder to grounded substrate using electrostatic spray gun (60-90 KV) at 15-30cm distance.
3. Curing: Transfer coated object to curing oven at 180-200°C for 10-15 minutes to form durable antibacterial film.
4. Inspection & Quality Control: After cooling, inspect for coating uniformity, thickness, adhesion, and complete curing.

Hsinda powder coating offers excellent leveling and adhesion to metal surfaces, with above 60% DSM resin content.
